Texture is something that I can feel, smoothness, softness, roughness, dampness and so on. But seeing textures is one of the things I love about photography. Showing the texture of something as the photo, not really caring what the object is named. Here are some examples.
Next time you look at something notice what that texture is.
You will be surprised at how many different ways there are to see ordinary things.
